Our mission
Kids deserve a better chance
The EllaStrong Foundation is a 501(c)(3) founded by our family to directly support research for improved treatment and cures for pediatric cancers, and to support the nonprofit organizations that improve quality of life for pediatric cancer patients and their families. We will keep fighting the good fight for kids with cancer who deserve a better chance in life.
Fund the research
We give directly to research for improved treatments and cures for pediatric cancers — the kind of work that means less-toxic options and more survivors for rare cancers like Ewing's sarcoma.
Support patients
We stock oncology floors with toys, character Band-Aids, and the small things that make a hospital day feel less like one — through our annual toy drive and ongoing deliveries.
Hold up families
A childhood cancer diagnosis lands on parents and siblings too. We back the nonprofits — Believe in Tomorrow, Ronald McDonald House, and others — that carry families through it.
Where the money goes

Why we keep going
Less-toxic treatments, more survivors
Pediatric cancer research is chronically underfunded, and the treatments kids do get are often decades old and brutally hard on a small body. Every grant we fund is a step toward less-toxic care, more survivors, and fewer families hearing the words we heard on Ella's birthday.
Put your dollars into research
100% of the effort behind EllaStrong comes from a family that has lived this. Your gift goes to the fight.
